That early exposure to the language and dynamics of the industry shaped her long before she officially entered the field. As Director of Digital Revenue Operations, Katelynn thrives on the day-to-day variability of her role. Whether she’s building out contracts, streamlining campaign delivery through HMP’s internal systems, or collaborating across departments to ensure campaign success, she brings a deep sense of organization and clarity to everything she does (usually with her trusty notepad in hand).
